The Standards are designed for professional development of Critical Thinking programme teachers and lecturers and are based on international RWCT standards. Certification also helps to sustain high quality of Critical Thinking programme. Attention is given to teachers’ and lecturers’ personal and professional competences that asserted through creation of teaching and learning environment, lesson planning and evaluation.
