About us

Modern Didactics Centre is a public non-profit, non-governmental organisation founded in 1999. We work to develop the competences of all learners, encourage openness and curiosity, critical thinking and creativity, and foster collegial communication and cooperation among all educators.

MISSION

To initiate and implement strategic projects and programmes for educational change that will contribute to improving the quality of education in the country by continuously monitoring, researching and analysing the overall educational situation, taking into account the needs and opportunities of Lithuanian educational institutions and adult learners.

AIMS

– To promote and maintain professional cooperation and collaboration among all educators.

– To promote will and capacities of teachers constantly improve their professional competencies, and actively participate in educational change processes.

– To contribute to the life-long learning memorandum and it‘s implementation by working with different adult groups.

– To contribute to the aims of development education by informing and teaching society members about global development processes.
